Eligibility Criteria for Hubert Humphrey Fellowship 2026:
To be eligible for Hubert Humphrey Fellowship 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicant must be a Pakistani citizen
- Applicant must have 8-18 years of relevant work experience
- Candidates must hold a 4-year Bachelor's degree or a 2-year Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree (16 years of education)
- Applicant must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Candidates must be committed to serving Pakistan
- They must have a guaranteed job waiting upon returning to Pakistan
- Applicant must show potential for leadership in their field.
